The Federal Voting Assistance Program maintains toll-free telephone numbers from 67 countries to the FVAP offices in Washington, D.C. that VAOs and overseas voters can use to ask questions about overseas voting. Some states also allow the electronic transmission of ballots and voter registration forms through the FVAP's toll free fax numbers.
