Donation of Children’s Books to Baylor Center for Excellence

On Monday, July 16, 2007, a representative of the U.S. Embassy will handover books to the “Reach out and Read” program at the Baylor – Center of Excellence Pediatric Hospital in Maseru. 

The aim of the “Reach out and Read” program is to provide education and entertainment for children through reading books, to give books to needy children who would have otherwise gone without and to promote reading at home rather than only at school.
